Staring at the microwave display, 671044 counted up for the umpteenth time - a ridiculous code that makes no sense. Nobody uses that button for the actual duration you want, it's always a minute or two off. I click and re-click, waiting for someone - anyone - to just standardize this basic operation for once, but it's always going to magically take 2:15 when the button says 3.
