Went to the coffee shop this morning, ordered my usual large iced caramel latte, specifically told the barista I wanted whipped cream on top. Of course, it comes out with that fancy design they call art, no whipped cream in sight. Do people not listen anymore? It's not that hard to get a simple order right.
