Walking to the ATM on main street at 463 8th I was finally about to get some cash after a lengthy week. I swiped my card, entered the PIN, and received a card declined message on the screen. Not only did this ruin my plans to grab lunch, but also a nearby street performer lost potential tips because I had to leave abruptly. Great start to a Monday.
