I'm still fuming after the coffee shop experience today. I ordered a large coffee, black, exactly six feet and three inches away from the counter. They managed to get everything wrong - wrong coffee beans, wrong strength, wrong cup.
The staff member then apologized, asked if I wanted it redone, then took the card I used for payment and left me standing at the counter staring at my phone.
